Project: The Land of Legends Castle – Thematic Facade & Turret Productions

Alice Scenic Studios served as a specialist subcontractor for the thematic fabrications of the iconic castle in “The Land of Legends” project, one of Turkey’s largest theme parks.

• Scope of Work: 
  • As a specialist subcontractor, the prefabrication and on-site assembly of the castle’s numerous towers and domes were carried out.
  • Special thematic texture applications were made on the building facades.
• Materials and Techniques Used: 
  • The roof claddings of the towers and domes were prefabricated using lightweight and robust composite materials (FRP/GRP) durable for outdoor conditions.
  • The assembly of these large-scale prefabricated parts was carried out with precision using cranes, following engineering calculations.
  • On some facades, thematic textures were created with special plaster and artistic painting techniques to give the appearance of aged stone and plaster.
