Project: Crowne Plaza Viaport Marina – Hotel Furniture & Custom Millworks

Alice Scenic Studios has carried out the turnkey production of all fixed and loose furniture for the Crowne Plaza Viaport Marina hotel, custom-designed in line with the hotel’s luxury and modern concept.

  • Productions Within Scope: 
    • Lobby & Common Areas: Modular sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and side tables.
    • Restaurant Areas: Dining tables and upholstered chairs.
    • Hotel Rooms & Suites: Headboards, bed bases, desks, TV units, wardrobes, armchairs, and chairs.
    • Custom Millworks: Decorative wall panels and other architectural wood elements.
  • Materials and Techniques Used: 
    • Throughout the project, various materials such as solid wood, wood veneers, MDF, metal, and high-quality upholstery fabrics were used, in line with the hotel concept.
    • 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max, and the CNC cutting technique for precise manufacturing, were utilized in the design and production processes.
  • Project Objectives and Benefits Provided: 
    • High-quality fixed and loose furniture was produced, suitable for the luxury concept and architectural design of a five-star hotel.
    • Custom design solutions were provided for each of the different spaces like the lobby, restaurant, and rooms, ensuring both aesthetic integrity and meeting functional needs.
    • A contribution was made to a high-end accommodation experience for hotel guests by combining durability and comfort.
    • The project was completed on time and within budget, with high craftsmanship quality.
