Project: Jules Verne Exhibition
Alice Scenic Studios brought the “Jules Verne Exhibition,” a project that brings the adventurous world of author Jules Verne to life, through a turnkey concept.
- Scope of Work:
- Through turnkey project management, all design, engineering, and production processes of the exhibition were managed.
- The production of iconic objects such as the Nautilus submarine, a giant squid, a diver sculpture, and a hot air balloon, as well as interactive play areas, was carried out.
- Materials and Techniques Used:
- Detailed designs of the exhibition objects were created using 3D modeling and design software such as ZBrush, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
- Large-scale and detailed figures, such as the Nautilus submarine and characters, were produced using fiberglass (FRP) molding techniques and supported with internal metal skeletons for structural durability.
- Realistic textures, such as aged metal, were achieved with multi-layered artistic painting and airbrushing techniques.
- Large-format digital printing was used for floor graphics and thematic backgrounds.
- Custom furniture and integration solutions were applied for interactive touch tables and screens.
- Project Objectives and Benefits Provided:
- Jules Verne’s iconic worlds were brought to life in a three-dimensional and interactive environment.
- An unforgettable experience that is both educational and full of adventure was offered to visitors.
- A literary heritage was transformed into a modern exhibition concept that attracts visitors of all ages.

Project: Gastronomic Themed Productions & 3D Sculptures
Alice Scenic Studios has carried out the turnkey production of a large-scale and concept-focused sculpture series designed with a surrealist approach, combining gastronomy and art.
- Productions Within Scope:
- A deconstructivist fish sculpture, with a realistic head and tail but with a golden skeleton as its body.
- A large-scale garlic sculpture, partially peeled to reveal a glossy golden interior.
- A large-scale egg sculpture with a flawless, mirror-finish golden surface.
- A giant knife sculpture stuck into its pedestal, with a black handle and a glossy golden blade.
- Materials and Techniques Used:
- The main forms of all sculptures were produced with techniques like fiberglass (FRP) molding or hard coating over CNC-machined styrofoam (EPS foam) for smooth and complex surfaces.
- PVD coating or special automotive paints with chrome/gold effects were used on the golden surfaces to create a mirror-finish effect.
- On realistic parts like the fish head, detailed artistic painting and airbrushing techniques were applied.
- The 3D designs and mold models of the sculptures were prepared using engineering and digital sculpting software such as SolidWorks, ZBrush, and Rhino.
- Project Objectives and Benefits Provided:
- Concept-focused sculptures with high artistic value that feature a gastronomic theme were produced for a restaurant, hotel, or special venue.
- An artistic signature was added to the venue’s decoration to attract the interest of guests and create conversation.
- The venue’s premium perception was strengthened by using luxurious materials like gold color and flawless surface craftsmanship.
- Memorable works of art that go beyond standard decoration objects were created with a surrealist and modern art approach.
