Project: Hermes Showcase Design & Application – İGA

Alice Scenic Studios carried out the design and application of a graphic and multi-layered showcase installation that features an abstract maritime theme for the Hermes store at İGA (Istanbul Airport) as a turnkey project.

• Scope of Work: 
  • Through turnkey project management, the processes of designing the showcase concept, producing the laser/CNC cut parts, and assembling them in layers inside the showcase were managed.
• Key Features and Design Details: 
  • The design created a graphic sense of depth, which can be described as 2.5D, by assembling flat panels in layers.
  • The main elements of the composition, such as the sail, wave, and characters, were created from panels produced using precise cutting techniques.
  • Hermes products (handbag, scarf, etc.) were placed on thematic elements like the sailboat, serving as the focal points of the composition.
  • The vibrant and contrasting color palette (red, orange, blue) strengthened the energy and visual impact of the showcase.

  • Hermes products were displayed within an artistic concept with strong storytelling, consistent with the brand identity.
  • A visually stunning and unique showcase design was created to attract the attention of passersby and drive traffic to the store.
  • The products were taken beyond standard display by giving them a feeling of being part of a fairytale world.
