Project: Live Talk Show Stage – Design & Production (Beyaz Show)

Alice Scenic Studios carried out the design and production of a large-scale, multi-layered “home concept” stage decor that is integrated with the program’s identity for “Beyaz Show,” one of Turkey’s longest-running and most popular talk show programs, as a turnkey project.

  • Scope of Work: 
    • Through turnkey project management, the processes of designing, engineering, producing, and installing the two-story stage decor on the theatre stage were managed.
  • Key Features and Design Details: 
    • The set was designed as a two-story structure consisting of a main seating area where guests are hosted and a loft section accessed by a staircase.
    • To create a realistic home atmosphere, architectural details such as custom-produced library units, brick-textured wall panels, and an integrated fireplace were used.
    • An intimate conversation corner was created with large and comfortable leather sofas and modern coffee tables.
  • Materials and Techniques Used: 
    • The main skeleton of the two-story structure was created from metal construction with static calculations made for safety and durability.
    • Decorative elements such as the walls and library were produced using wood, MDF, and composite panels.
    • 3D visualization software such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max were utilized during the design process to plan the stage’s appearance within the theatre and for camera angles.
    • Special textures like the brick wall were achieved with artistic plaster and painting techniques.
  • Project Objectives and Benefits Provided: 
    • A large-scale “home concept” decor, integrated with the program’s identity and suitable for both an intimate feel and a large theatre stage, was created.
    • A comfortable and stylish conversation area that can easily host numerous celebrity guests at the same time was designed.
    • A rich and realistic perception of space was created on screen with architectural elements like a two-story structure, a staircase, and a deep library.
    • A functional and durable set was built, suitable for the technical requirements of a live broadcast and a theatre stage.
