Project: News TV Studio Set – Design & Production (Avrupa Haber)

Alice Scenic Studios has carried out the design and production of a main news studio that combines modern technology with cultural motifs for “Avrupa Haber” as a turnkey project.

• Scope of Work:
  • Through turnkey project management, the processes of designing, engineering, producing, and installing the studio concept were managed.
• Key Features and Design Details:
  • In the center of the studio, a main platform with a unique triangular form, glossy floor, and LED-illuminated edges was placed.
  • On this platform, a modern anchor desk with a patterned and illuminated front face was positioned.
  • In the set’s background, a large video wall was used, and on the side walls, backlit decorative panels with a 3D wave-like texture were used.
  • On the ceiling, a custom-designed lighting element in the shape of leaves, complementing the overall aesthetic of the space, was placed.
  • On the walls, cultural motifs crafted with calligraphic art were included.
• Materials and Techniques Used:
  • The main platform and decor walls were created by cladding a metal construction with composite and acrylic panels.
  • 3D modeling and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and 3ds Max were utilized during the design and project planning phases.
  • The 3D wave-like texture on the walls and other curved forms were produced using CNC machining techniques.
  • Throughout the set, programmable LED lighting systems were used extensively, including on the platform edges, the desk, and the ceiling element.
