Project: Porsche On The Beach

For the “Porsche On The Beach” project, Alice Scenic Studios produced a special art installation for a world-renowned automobile brand, offering the appearance of a sand sculpture with surprising realism, made from a permanent material.

  • Scope of Work: 
    • Turnkey project management was carried out, covering the 1:1 modeling of the Porsche vehicle, its production, and its placement in the beach environment.
  • Materials and Techniques Used: 
    • The main body of the car was produced using the fiberglass (FRP) molding technique following 3D modeling.
    • The surface of the sculpture was coated with a special mixture based on sand and acrylic resin to perfectly replicate the texture and color of real sand.
    • Special protective varnishes and coatings were applied to ensure the installation’s durability against outdoor and seaside conditions (sun, humidity, salt air).
  • Project Objectives and Benefits Provided: 
    • An artistic and eye-catching promotional object was created for the Porsche brand, combining the concepts of luxury and vacation.
    • An iconic “Instagram moment” spot was created for a beach resort to attract the interest of visitors.
    • A unique installation was designed to increase social media engagement and brand visibility.
    • A permanent work of art was produced that is durable for outdoor conditions yet possesses the aesthetic of a temporary art piece (a sand sculpture).
