Project: Spring Themed 3D Sculptures & Installations

Alice Scenic Studios carried out the production of large-scale 3D sculptures and decorative installations that combine a spring theme with a fairytale atmosphere for a shopping mall as a turnkey project.

• Scope of Work: 
  • Through turnkey project management, the design, production, and installation of various decorative objects such as thematic photo areas, giant flower sculptures, and a hanging butterfly figure were carried out.
• Materials and Techniques Used: 
  • Complex and organic forms such as mushrooms and flowers were produced using the fiberglass (FRP) molding technique.
  • On all sculptures, artistic painting and airbrushing techniques were applied to provide vibrant and lasting colors.
  • For the hanging installations (butterfly, flower groups), special metal skeletons and suspension systems that balance lightness and robustness were designed.
  • For the thematic photo areas, complementary decorative elements such as floor and backdrop printing were produced to complete the concept.
• Project Objectives and Benefits Provided: 
  • A magical and fairytale-like atmosphere suitable for a spring theme was created in a shopping mall, attracting visitors’ interest.
  • Interactive and shareable photo opportunity areas (“photo points”) were created for visitors.
  • Visitor traffic within the venue was increased, and the venue was promoted through social media engagement.
  • High-quality, aesthetic, and safe, large-scale 3D sculptures and decorative installations were produced.
