Project: Talk Show TV Studio Set – Design & Production (Seneye Bu Zamanlar)
Alice Scenic Studios carried out the turnkey design and production of a modern and fluid studio set with a “time tunnel” concept, reflecting the unique format of the talk show program “Seneye Bu Zamanlar.”
- Scope of Work:
- Through turnkey project management, the processes of designing, engineering, producing, and installing the studio concept were managed.
- Key Features and Design Details:
- In the center of the stage, a multi-layered and illuminated “time tunnel” door was designed, featuring the text “This Year” and “Next Year,” through which guests enter the studio.
- The conversation area and the stage in general were formed from curved and interlocking platforms at different levels, with edges illuminated by LED strips.
- A large, curved video wall and vertical digital screens were used in the background, complementing the studio’s modern aesthetic.
- Materials and Techniques Used:
- The platform and decor structures were created by cladding a metal construction with wood and composite panels.
- High-gloss black coverings that reflect lighting effects were used on the floors and platform surfaces.
- 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and 3ds Max were utilized during the design and project planning phase to create the fluid and curved forms.
- CNC cutting techniques were applied for the precise manufacturing of all curved parts.
- The futuristic atmosphere of the set was enhanced with programmable LED lighting systems integrated into the edges of the decor.
- Project Objectives and Benefits Provided:
- The unique format of the program, such as “transformation after one year,” was embodied with a physical and conceptual decor like a “time tunnel” door.
- Multiple and functional areas were created where the host can both chat with guests and guests can make an impressive entrance to the studio.
- A modern and technological broadcast aesthetic was presented by using fluid and curved lines, integrated LED lighting, and glossy surfaces.
- A multi-layered and dynamic stage design that adds richness and depth to different camera angles was built.
