Project: Themed Fabrications

Alice Scenic Studios realized the comprehensive “Themed Fabrications” project for a theme park on a turnkey basis.

• Scope of Work: 
  • Through turnkey project management, the concept’s design, engineering, and production processes were managed.
  • The manufacturing of exterior facade claddings, an iconic character figure, thematic directional signs, and decorative elements integrated into the ground was carried out.
• Materials and Techniques Used: 
  • Large wall surfaces were clad using high-resolution digital printing and vinyl wrapping techniques on composite panels durable for outdoor conditions.
  • A specially designed steel construction infrastructure was used for the installation of the wall panels.
  • The iconic golden character figure at the entrance was produced using the fiberglass (FRP) molding technique and finished with a special golden paint.
  • The decorative stars embedded in the ground were manufactured from a translucent composite material with an internal lighting system.
  • Theme-appropriate wooden directional signs were produced by applying aging and protective coating techniques.
