Project: Jules Verne Exhibition
Alice Scenic Studios brought the “Jules Verne Exhibition,” a project that brings the adventurous world of author Jules Verne to life, through a turnkey concept.
- Scope of Work:
- Through turnkey project management, all design, engineering, and production processes of the exhibition were managed.
- The production of iconic objects such as the Nautilus submarine, a giant squid, a diver sculpture, and a hot air balloon, as well as interactive play areas, was carried out.
- Materials and Techniques Used:
- Detailed designs of the exhibition objects were created using 3D modeling and design software such as ZBrush, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
- Large-scale and detailed figures, such as the Nautilus submarine and characters, were produced using fiberglass (FRP) molding techniques and supported with internal metal skeletons for structural durability.
- Realistic textures, such as aged metal, were achieved with multi-layered artistic painting and airbrushing techniques.
- Large-format digital printing was used for floor graphics and thematic backgrounds.
- Custom furniture and integration solutions were applied for interactive touch tables and screens.
