  • Natural textures on the facades, such as stone and plaster, were realistically imitated by applying special textured coatings (polyurea, betonart, etc.) durable for exterior conditions over CNC-machined styrofoam (EPS foam).
  • Multi-layered artistic painting and patina techniques were used for the aging and coloring processes on the surfaces.
  • Design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop were utilized during the design and project planning phases for cladding the facades and planning the details.
