The project encompassed both dynamic sculptures for global store window displays and a fully functional, large-scale carousel (manège) installation for a public space.

  • Fantastic Carousel Animal Sculptures: A vibrant collection of animated and lifelike sculptures, including artistically reinterpreted figures of a giraffe, zebra, ostrich, cheetah, and a classic horse.
  • Brand-Integrated Details: The saddles and harnesses of all animal figures feature exquisitely detailed, custom designs where Louis Vuitton’s iconic monograms and patterns are sculpted in 3D.
  • Store Window Compositions: Magical window displays designed for the brand’s Christmas and special seasons, enriched with integrated LED lighting and the brand’s illuminated logo to create an enchanting atmosphere.
  • Functional Carousel Installation: Extending the showcase concept into the public realm, a large-scale, operational carousel was produced with the same high level of craftsmanship, allowing for an interactive public experience.

  • Digital Sculpting and 3D Modeling: The complex, elegant forms of the figures and the intricate brand monogram details were meticulously sculpted in a digital environment using software like ZBrush.
  • Fiberglass (FRP) Molding: High-quality fiberglass casting techniques were employed to ensure the sculptures were lightweight yet durable enough to withstand mechanical movement and outdoor conditions.
  • Luxury Painting and Artistic Finishing: Each figure was painted with brilliant, high-gloss automotive paints that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic, with fine details completed by airbrushing and by hand.
